New Youth Website in Timmins
A growing trend in Northern Ontario is youth out-migration. The City of Timmins has not been immune to these effects with many young individuals and professionals relocating elsewhere for educational and employment purposes. In order to help repatriate and inform youth of the opportunities found within the City of Timmins, the Timmins Economic Development Corporation (TEDC) has taken the initiative to develop a new and exciting website that is specifically geared towards youth. The Timmins Youth Website – Live, Learn, Work, and Play provides relevant information on the benefits of residing in our community. The Youth Website is available on the TEDC site at www.timminsedc.com.
